One thing I’ve learnt about photography in my short time as a photographer is the importance to get out there and do something for yourself, i love photographing weddings, families and all kinds of things but sometimes it’s really important to take photographs for yourself and not for others, i never got the chance to be creative at university and now I’m at a place where i can be creative and inventive and i need to do this to push myself to become better.  With this in mind and a free saturday i got in touch with Becky who was someone i photographed two years ago when i was just starting out learning how to use a camera and we arranged for a shoot in snowy Belper, a place i don’t go to very often but when i do go think to myself this is a place i need to visit more.  She is also a photographer so i had to make sure i was on my A game and that i got some good shots.  So we met up with and just went with it and we’ve come away with a kind of fairy pin up style shoot thanks to the snow and the woods.
