On Valentine’s Day I had the pleasure of joining Ian and Leah’s big day at the west mill. This was my second time photographing at the venue and I loved every minute of it, it has so much character and charm. From start to finish i was made to feel very welcome and could feel alot of love amongst the guests and family. The ceremony was beautiful and was lovely seeing their little boy Rupert enjoying himself.

The best man’s speech had my crying with stories of spray paint and the removal of said spray paint from body parts with turps. My luck for beautiful sunny days seems to be going for me so far and on this day the weather didn’t disappoint. After the ceremony we had delicious cocktails provided by mambo mobile bars which were superb and i can personally say that the amaretto sour was a revelation!

The theme was an Art Deco style, I had no idea how talented Leah was as she was the driving force behind it all. The finishing touches really helped make the day. Everyone looked fantastic! We had great music from the burgundys and super service from everyone at the West Mill.
